Extreme Pressure Lubricant (Ester based)
The ester-based water-soluble EP lubricant is a high-performance and environmentally friendly lubricant additive designed to deliver superior extreme-pressure lubrication, friction reduction, and thermal stability in water-based drilling muds. It is used as a lubricant for reducing torque and drage in solid free drill in fluids and monovalent brines based drilling fluids having total hardness less than 600 mg/ltr. It is stable at high temperature up to 171 ‘C.
