HP HT Extreme Pressure Lubricant (Oil based)
HPHT EP Lubricant is a premium, high-performance extreme-pressure lubricant engineered specifically for High-Pressure High-Temperature drilling environments. It is formulated using advanced boundary lubrication agents, synthetic esters, high-temperature polymeric friction reducers, and extreme-pressure (EP) additives that maintain stability and function in downhole conditions exceeding 150–200°C and high differential pressures.
HPHT EP Lubricant is fully compatible with all types of drilling fluids—freshwater, brine, KCl polymer muds, OBM replacements, and high-density HPHT mud systems. Its unique molecular structure remains stable in the presence of high salinity, hardness ions, calcium contamination, and heavy weighting agents such as barite or hematite.
