Micro Sbr Latex

SBR Latex is a high-performance Styrene Butadiene Rubber–based liquid polymer used as a multi-purpose bonding agent, waterproofing additive, and mortar modifier. It significantly improves the flexibility, tensile strength, waterproofing ability, and adhesion of cementitious systems.

When mixed with cement and sand, SBR latex forms a durable, polymer-modified slurry or mortar that provides enhanced resistance to water penetration, chemical attack, shrinkage, and surface abrasion. It creates a strong bond between old and new concrete, making it ideal for repair and rehabilitation works.

SBR Latex is widely used in waterproofing of bathrooms, terraces, balconies, water tanks, chajjas, sunken slabs, and in repair mortars, screeds, plaster, and concrete patching. It ensures long-lasting protection by reducing permeability and improving flexibility in areas subjected to moisture or thermal movement.
